This guarantee applies when the device has been used daily and correctly, exactly as outlined in the official user manual.

To qualify for the satisfaction guarantee and request a refund, you must:

✔ Use the DermaWave® device daily for 10 minutes, as specified in the user guide.
✔ Follow all instructions carefully and use the device consistently and correctly.
✔ Provide clear video evidence showing correct use for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.

💸 How to Request a Refund

If after 90 days of proper daily use you are not satisfied with the results, you can request a full refund – once the required video proof is provided.

Your videos should include:

  • Daily clips showing the device in use, as per the manual

  • Footage of the device being used on areas such as wrinkles, fine lines, pigmentation or loose skin

  • Visible date/time stamps or clear consistency over time
